  1.  Every morning, perform the ‘Roxanne’ stretch – while lying in bed, s.t.r.e.t.c.h. as far as you can, reaching arms away from your body.  If you don’t have a shoulder pain or injury, reach them all the way over your head.Stretch_Roxanne

  3. Also, keeping the arms and legs rotated outward, reach back with your bottom to sit in chairs.
