Day 6: RESULTS define Movement
Looking at the results you are getting now, gives you the clues you need to make the next best MOVE!
Unfortunately, far too many draw the wrong conclusions. For example, some of my clients have gone to a wedding and decided to dance. They report not being able to get out of bed the next day and say “I’m too old to dance, anymore.” They sure had a great time at the event, but because they had to spend time recovering, they decide they shouldn’t do it anymore.
Precisely the wrong conclusion (too old) which dictates their next move (don’t dance). The truth of their situation is that they should DANCE MORE and MORE OFTEN.
And studies are finding now that exercise alone isn’t enough to combat all the stationary time and chronic sitting that happens now days. The results you are seeing right now, don’t have to be the same results you see tomorrow. But what you do see today, should give you an indication of what your next MOVE should be.
