MOVE Workshop Series

Exercise alone won’t prevent us from a future of heart disease, cancer, diabetes or obesity.  I recommend that we just DON’T EXERCISE anymore.  

Instead, we must learn to MOVE our bodies in different ways to keep our muscles supple, our bones strong, and our joints healthy.
